Chance Capital has built up a trusted network of over 150 investors. These include Family Offices, HNWIs, Private Equity Funds and Alternative Debt providers. Our investors have differing sector preferences and investment criteria. We will connect and guide you through to those that will be most relevant and strategic for your business. We focus on post seed and pre IPO businesses. The following criteria gives an indication of the type and stage of business we cater for:

• Min 3 years revenues (with 20%+ YOY growth)
• Min £3m turnover
• Ideally min £1m EBITDA/Asset value 
• Successful and experienced management team
• Raising £1m+ (up to £50m)
• Targeting SME's domiciled in UK/Europe
• Open to all sectors 
• SME’s seeking debt (or blended debt/equity)

Helping EU Businesses Scale Into The UK

Chance Capital has recently launched a new arm of the business focused on assisting EU businesses who are looking to scale into the UK, accessing the post-Brexit UK marketplace and capital of venture funding in Europe.


We have partnered with Ince Global to provide a full suite of services for those looking to access the UK market (and UK domiciled investment). We have links and representation across Europe and can advise EU SME’s on all the nuances of setting up and building a new arm of the business in the UK.

Chance Capital has access to a number of ‘off market’ real estate opportunities across the UK. These are often brought to our attention from within our investor network by those looking for a discreet disposal of their assets. We are also approached by HNW and Family Office contacts, who may retain us to source specific real estate assets on their behalf. We have years of experience sourcing and selling developments and individual investment/residential properties.
